The Queensland Council of Parents and Citizens Association (QCPCA) representative is responsible for collating, distributing and filing all information sent from the QCPCA during the year. If possible, the representative is required to go to local meetings - however as these meetings are held at locations that are distant from Highfields, we do not expect the representative to attend all meetings.
